RESERVATIONS
PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE BOOKING
Due to staffing shortages, we are currently open for dine-in weekend dinner service only (Fridays/ Saturdays/ Sundays). Reservations are mandatory for our dining room (and patio during the warmer months). Please indicate in the notes section if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are financially detrimental to tiny BYOB restaurants like ours. Therefore a valid credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations after 12pm or a no show on the same day will incur a charge of $25/per person in your party. Rescheduling for a different evening last minute is still considered a cancellation, as we will not be able to re-fill the seats for the same evening on such short notice. A 20% (or more) reduction in the size of your party without notifying the restaurant at least 6 hours in advance will also incur a $25/per person fee, as we will not be able to re-fill the empty seats last minute. Please be sure to contact the restaurant as soon as members of your party cancel. We appreciate your understanding.
We kindly ask that your complete party arrives AT the time of your reservation, as we do not have a bar or waiting area. Parties arriving more than 10 minutes early or late greatly disrupts the flow of our extremely short-staffed kitchen and the pacing for other guests. We thank you in advance for your timely arrival.
We are currently booking 1-2 weeks in advance for prime table times between 6-7pm. If you do not see your preferred time or party size online, please call or email us at reservations@citronnellepa.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
